Loch Trails is a private, members-only outdoor retreat offering access to approximately 1,000 acres of scenic trails, peaceful lakes, and natural beauty near Madisonville, Kentucky.

An active membership is required to access Loch Trails. Whether you're looking for a peaceful daytime getaway or a place to establish your own outdoor retreat, we offer two flexible membership options.

What's Included in Your Membership?

Each Loch Trails membership includes:

Up to two designated adults
All dependent children under the age of 18
Access to designated shared recreational areas, including scenic trails, lakes, and outdoor spaces.
The opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty and peaceful surroundings of Loch Trails.

🌿 Option 1: General Membership

$500 Membership Enrollment Fee + $25 Monthly Dues

Enjoy the natural beauty of Loch Trails with daytime access to our private, members-only outdoor retreat.

General Membership provides the opportunity to explore scenic trails, relax by the lakes, and experience the peaceful outdoors during designated daytime hours.

General Membership is designed for daytime recreation and does not include overnight stays or camping privileges.

No lot lease is required.

🏕️ Option 2: Membership With a Lot Lease

Lots Starting at $250 per Month

Looking for a place to call your own within Loch Trails?

Lease your own designated lot and enjoy all the benefits of membership, along with the added freedom of overnight stays and extended outdoor experiences.

Your lot lease includes:

All General Membership benefits.
A designated lot for your personal outdoor retreat.
Overnight stays and camping privileges in accordance with property guidelines.
The $500 membership enrollment fee is waived.
The $25 monthly membership dues are included in your lot lease.
Membership benefits extending to two designated adults and children under 18.

More than 100 lots are currently available, with larger lots planned for the future.
